What grape varieties are there? How is wine made? Where do which flavours develop and what is the best way to drink wine? In a convivial atmosphere, you will become a real wine connoisseur and learn interesting facts about the background to wine growing and wine sensory analysis. Tasting a variety of wines is the main part of the seminar. Typical wine accompaniments such as cheese, salami and white bread are served.

Vins Elysée is an independent, family-owned wine merchant. It all started with good family contacts to winegrowers in the south of France. Since then, the Schulz family has been intensively involved in the purchase and sale of French white, rosé and red wines as well as crémants and champagnes.

Most of the wines come from the Languedoc region, but also from Sancerre, Chablis, Champagne and the Loire, among others.

The Languedoc is known for its Mediterranean climate and allows the fruit to ripen far away from industry and traffic. Experienced oenologists at the award-winning wineries then press the grapes into first-class, natural wines. Come and see for yourself!
