Chocolate, caramel, banana and honey. Can't imagine smelling or tasting these flavours in beer? We will be happy to help you sensitise your nose and palate during an aroma training session and experience the beers in a new way under the guidance of a beer connoisseur. Be curious and savour regional moments of pleasure!

Your seminar leader Dirk Brüninghaus has been managing director of the Allersheim brewery for over 10 years and initiated the beer flavour seminars in Holzminden.

He has spent years training his keen sense of smell and taste. Participants can look forward to an entertaining and informative evening.
