Silke von Detten-Rosenstein would like to share her enthusiasm for fine chocolate in this chocolate-making course. She will show you how to make high-quality chocolates yourself - from the perfect filling to the decoration. You will learn step by step how to conjure up delicious fillings, temper chocolate correctly and decorate your chocolates - with high-quality ingredients and great attention to detail.

Silke von Detten-Rosenstein is a passionate pastry chef and has been self-employed in Borgholz since 2014. She began her training as a pastry chef at the age of 16 at Café Brinkmann in Höxter, where she learnt the art of patisserie from scratch.
She has been creating customised wedding cakes, birthday cakes and other sweet delicacies with love and care for many years - always using high-quality ingredients.
