We live at an ever-increasing pace of life. At work, stress is unavoidable everywhere, and even in our free time, we are exhausting the possibilities of our multi-option society and rarely find peace and quiet.
This has its price. We experience a hectic pace and lack of time and often just feel ‘driven’ instead of being able to shape our lives in a self-determined way.
This is where the inner attitude of mindfulness can provide a counterbalance and contribute to slowing down everyday life.
In this seminar, you will learn how to incorporate mindfulness into your everyday life using the example of smelling and tasting and how you can positively change your eating behaviour at the same time. Knowledge from nutritional science and sensory science will be imparted. The focus is on the practical learning of mindful tasting using various foods.

Even after decades of professional sensory practice, food technologists Silke Meseck and Annette Horneburg are still enthusiastic about the experience of taste, because it makes life so much more colourful!
They are happy to share their experiences with you so that you can immerse yourself in the adventure of conscious enjoyment.
