Finger Food with the Green and Wild Ones

They are everywhere: the wild green - the weeds. We find this natural treasure in meadows, forests, meadows and even by the roadside. They accompany us throughout our lives and are familiar to us. But hardly anyone knows their names and even fewer recognise the healing properties of these weeds. Yarrow, which is often seen as an unwelcome weed, has an anti-inflammatory effect and can help with gastrointestinal complaints. The dandelion, which is often fought as a troublesome weed in the lawn, is a real vitamin bomb and can be used in many ways in the kitchen.

It is therefore worth taking a closer look and discovering the healing and flavourful properties of weeds. You might even find one or two new favourite plants to add to your menu.

On this evening, the weeds you bring along will be processed together to create a lovely buffet with delicious finger food with the green wild ones.

What you need to bring: Chopping knife and chopping board, small empty boxes in case there is leftover food.
