Buds - Nature's Little Marvels

Start the new year with one of nature's little marvels. In this workshop, you will learn how to utilise the power of tree and shrub buds. Your seminar leader Hiltrud Müller will explain when it is the right time to collect the buds, how you can recognise the trees by their buds and how the buds are processed so that their healing powers can help us.

Finally, you will prepare a bud tincture together and prepare an energy ball.

Seminar leader

Your seminar leader Hiltrud Müller has always had a deep connection with nature. Having grown up on her parents' farm, she has had a passion for plants and herbs from an early age and is involved in the Rural Women's Association. Since 2010, she has been working as a trained herbal teacher so that she can pass on her passion.
