* Please note: If the Fragrance Organ and the Rooftop Garden are closed due to a private event, all day tickets will be subject to a discount of 2€ per ticket.

** This applies to pupils, trainees and students up to the age of 25, those completing a voluntary social year, holders of: youth leader card (Juleica), Lower Saxony volunteer card, support group members, people with a degree of disability of 50 or more, and caregivers of people with a degree of disability of 80 or more with ID card B. Proof of eligibility for the discount must be presented without being asked.

Opening hours

Due to scheduled maintenance work, Sensoria will be closed from 8 to 20 February.

April – October
Tuesday – Sunday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

November – March
Tuesday – Friday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Saturday – Sunday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Last admission is one hour before closing time.

As a general rule, the museum is closed on Mondays.
The museum is open, however, on public holidays (including Mondays), except for New Year’s, Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.

Advance reservations are not required. Tickets are available directly on site – usually without long waiting times – or conveniently via our Onlineshop.
