* Please note: If the Fragrance Organ and the Rooftop Garden are closed due to a private event, all day tickets will be subject to a discount of 2€ per ticket.

** This applies to pupils, trainees and students up to the age of 25, those completing a voluntary social year, holders of: youth leader card (Juleica), Lower Saxony volunteer card, support group members, people with a degree of disability of 50 or more, and caregivers of people with a degree of disability of 80 or more with ID card B. Proof of eligibility for the discount must be presented without being asked.

Opening hours

April – October
Tuesday – Sunday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

November – March
Tuesday – Friday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Saturday – Sunday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Last admission is one hour before closing time.

As a general rule, the museum is closed on Mondays.
The museum is open, however, on public holidays (including Mondays), except for New Year’s, Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.

Tickets

Tickets can be purchased on site.

Reservations are not necessary – tickets are available directly on site, usually without long waiting times.

Gift Tickets

Would you like to surprise someone and give them a gift ticket for Sensoria?

We are happy to issue gif tickets – and we will even mail them to you.
If you are unable to purchase your gift ticket on site, simply contact our service team.
After advance payment has been received (bank transfer), we will gladly send you your gift ticket.
