Immerse yourself in the multi-faceted world of coffee: together we will experience the secrets and wonders of our favourite drink over a good cup of coffee in a convivial atmosphere. Listen to the history of coffee and its development over the centuries and learn all about the cultivation and picking of this special plant.

Taste the subtle differences between the coffee varieties and let yourself be enchanted by the flavour.

During the spectacular show roasting session, you will experience live and with all your senses how the greenish seed of the coffee plant is turned into the Germans' favourite drink.

- Harvesting methods

- Processing methods in the country of origin

- Types of crop (Arabica, Robusta)

- The ideal storage of roasted coffee

- Tasting of different coffees

- Show roasting on a small hand roaster over an open flame

- Tips and tricks for preparing coffee at home

Hannoversche Kaffeemanufaktur was founded by the Berndt family in Linden-Limmer in March 2012.

From an original small roastery with a 15-kilo roaster and, of course, a great deal of passion for exquisite coffee, the company has become a well-established business in Hanover. The large roastery in Burgdorf was added in 2015 and another café opened in the historic centre of Hanover in 2020.

With great attention to detail, traditional craftsmanship and the best raw materials.
