Olfactory Art by Camilla Nicklaus-Maurer
03.06.2025 - 31.10.2025
Lavender becomes an art object
From June, the house will be all about lavender as an art object - not only to see, but also to touch and smell. Scent artist Camilla Nicklaus-Maurer is devoting her work entirely to this fascinating plant and staging it in an unusual way. For example, the staircase to the Laboratory of Fragrances, the mirrors in the washroom and the bench in the foyer are artistically integrated into the exhibition and enrich the building with further sensory experiences.
The content of the exhibition is deliberately not explained in detail here. We would like to encourage you to experience for yourself how lavender becomes an object of art.
