Vanilla-Dinner

Vanilla doesn't always have to be sweet. The queen of spices will surprise you with its versatility at this unique dinner.

To get you in the mood, we will take you on a tour of the vanilla pop-up exhibition by Sensoria, where you will learn interesting and exciting facts about vanilla and its habitat in Madagascar. A vanilla cocktail (with or without alcohol) will be served.

Afterwards, you will be taken to the Weserhotel Schwager, where an unforgettable vanilla dinner awaits you, either indoors or on the terrace, depending on the weather.

Menu:

Starters:

Scallops
with fig mustard and vanilla hollandaise

or

Vanilla goat's cheese
with pumpkin seed and grape pesto, small salad bouquet and balsamic onions (vegetarian)

Main courses:

Chicken, marinated in a fine vanilla-oil marinade
with honey baby carrots and beetroot polenta

or

Chilli-vanilla-ginger tagliatelle with deep-fried rocket (vegetarian)
Salmon fillet on vanilla spinach with fruit salsa and herb risotto

Dessert:

Grilled peach with homemade vanilla-cardamom ice cream
