From Busy Bees

In this seminar you will be taken into the world of aromas from the beehive. In addition to varietal honey, other products from the beehive will also be discussed, such as wax, pollen and bee bread. Did you know that bees produce a natural antibiotic? Or what the German alternative to Manuka honey from New Zealand is? You will learn this and much more from beekeeper Teresa Valentin.

Afterwards, wax cloths will be made together and each participant will receive a jar of honey from the Valentin apiary's own range.

The Valentin apiary is a small family business in Beverungen-Dalhausen. The family has set itself the task of producing natural and regional honey. They attach great importance to keeping the bees in a particularly humane way and treating the colonies and nature with respect and openness.
